Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day production activities in Die Casting operations
Supervise manpower, machine operators, and shopfloor activities
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime
Maintain quality standards during production process
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams
Maintain production reports and daily records
Ensure proper discipline and safety on shopfloor

Required Skills
Knowledge of Die Casting production process
Experience in manpower handling and production supervision
Basic understanding of quality control and machine operations
Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma / Mechanical Background Preferred
2–5 years experience in Die Casting Industry
