Capgemini is seeking a Sr Director level executive for Senior Engagement Lead role with end‑to‑end accountability for leading and scaling the Insight & Data (I&D;) portfolio for a large CPRD customer, managing a high‑performing organization of 500+ professionals across geographies. The role is responsible for delivery excellence, client partnership, portfolio growth, financial performance, and talent leadership, with a strong mandate to expand the engagement in line with the customer’s evolving data, analytics, and AI roadmap.
The candidate should have a “builder” and pragmatic mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).
The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.
Additional Responsibilities Include: -
• 15+ years’ experience with managing a portfolio of 500+ FTE consisting of diverse Data Engineering, Analytics and AI technologies (preferably with Google or Azure Data stack).
• Extensive experience with E2E program management with managing engagements in various pricing models.
• Experience with managing delivery for multiple programs within the portfolio with PMs/SMs reporting under him/her/them.
• Demonstratable experience of managing customer relationships at a senior level with proven track record of managing customer expectations effectively, ensuring business partners stays engaged yet controlling scope.
• Strong passion and background of I&D; technologies and experience on managing overall delivery for Data integration/Reporting/AI/ML programs.
• Experience in setting up a robust governance model for the portfolio managed.
