Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Surat. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and manage end-to-end lead generation activities through calls, meetings,



and digital outreach. The role includes building and nurturing relationships with installers, distributors, and other partners, understanding their requirements, and presenting appropriate Gronsol solutions. The Executive will support account management by ensuring timely follow-up, resolving basic inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking sales performance. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, participation in reviews, and contributing to business growth strategies aligned with Gronsol’s clean energy mission.
Qualifications

• Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity qualification.
