Role & Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and understand their career goals and requirements.
- Counsel students and parents on YG Academys accounting program and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Conduct follow-ups, counselling sessions and demo class coordination to drive enrollments.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to enrollment closure.
- Handle objections and effectively communicate the value of the program.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups and activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly enrollment, revenue and activity targets.
- Build relationships with colleges, placement cells and relevant communities to generate leads.
- Participate in webinars, education fairs and other promotional activities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, business development, inside sales,



admissions counselling or EdTech sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Experience in lead generation, follow-up and sales conversion.
- Comfortable handling students and parents and explaining career-oriented programs.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales or enrollment targets.
- Positive objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM or sales-management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Candidates from EdTech, education, training, inside sales or B2C sales backgrounds are preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/BBM candidates will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who are proactive, confident and genuinely interested in education and career development will be preferred.
