The engineer works with various tools and application programming interfaces to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now.
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture and capabilities.
- Experience in configuring workflows, business rules, and service catalog items within Service Now.
- Ability to integrate Service Now with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with low-code development environments and tools to customize applications.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control within Service Now.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
