We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying candidates to successful placement, with a focus on leadership, niche, and critical positions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in sourcing through platforms such as Naukri and have experience handling IT and non-IT lateral requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates using platforms such as Naukri and Foundit.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through the final offer.
Guide and mentor junior recruiters and interns.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
Gather requirements and collaborate with hiring managers.
Ensure timely candidate placement within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Prepare and present recruitment management information system (MIS) reports.
Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and methodologies.
