We are seeking a skilled French Language Expert to join our team as a Senior Associate. This role is crucial for managing end-to-end P&C; Insurance Underwriting Support and policy lifecycle processing, which includes recent business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the French language, supported by a B2/C1 certification, to effectively operate client tools and documentation that are entirely configured in French.

Key responsibilities include providing professional transaction processing and addressing chasers/escalations raised by the French onshore team or brokers. You will also be responsible for identifying process improvements within the language workflow to achieve first-time-right quality and meet SLA standards.





To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a B2/C1 certification in French, along with a solid understanding of insurance underwriting processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams are essential.
