We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in application support, particularly in production environments, and will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our applications. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for applications, addressing issues related to performance, functionality, and user experience.
Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace and Kibana, and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Utilize SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB for database queries and troubleshooting.
Implement and manage automation tasks using AutoSys and scripting languages such as Shell, Bash, and Python.




Maintain documentation of support processes, incidents, and resolutions to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
Ensure adherence to ITIL and ITSM best practices in all support activities.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB databases.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL, and ITSM frameworks.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Kibana.
Scripting skills in Shell, Bash, and Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with users and technical teams.
