As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for various roles, including warehouse staff, inventory managers, and store trainers.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management.
Create training materials and resources that are engaging and effective.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives.




Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to reinforce learning.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, particularly in operations or warehouse settings.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Ability to create instructional materials and utilize various training methods.
Familiarity with quick commerce and dark store operations is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
