As a Barista Trainer, you will be responsible for educating new baristas on coffee brewing techniques, equipment operation, and customer service excellence. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality beverages and exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for current baristas, covering essential skills such as espresso preparation, milk frothing, and latte art.
Develop training materials and resources to enhance the learning experience for trainees.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees, providing constructive feedback and support.
Stay updated on industry trends and coffee innovations to ensure training content is relevant and engaging.
Foster a positive and inspiring learning environment that encourages team collaboration and growth.
