We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Automation & DevOps Engineer to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions within the Genesys Cloud environment. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline processes within the Genesys Cloud platform.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and cloud infrastructure.
