Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via voice and chat processes, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
Assist customers with their queries related to our products and services, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to help improve service delivery.




Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

Required Skills:
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in customer support, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
Familiarity with fintech and NBFC services is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
