We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Planning to join our team in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in material and production planning, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring effective production supervision. This role is critical in coordinating various aspects of production, including laser cutting, drilling, milling, fabrication, welding, and assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the planning of materials and production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Implement and maintain effective production planning processes, utilizing CNC and VMC machinery to enhance productivity.
Monitor production performance and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in production planning and supervision.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of material planning and production planning methodologies.
Experience in production supervision and familiarity with manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, drilling, milling, and welding.
Proficiency in operating CNC and VMC machines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
