About the job

Key responsibilities:
A
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
Resolve booking, payment, ticket, refund, and event-related issues.
Assist customers with check-in and ticket-related queries.
Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution.
Handle escalations professionally.

B
Monitor bookings, payments, cancellations, and customer requests.
Coordinate and resolve operational issues with internal teams.
Support event-day operations, including QR/check-in and seating issues.
Maintain records of complaints, refunds, and resolutions.
Prepare basic operational reports and MIS.

C
Coordinate with event, sales, finance, and Tech teams.
Track and communicate operational issues and updates.
