We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Interior Fit Out projects to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing commercial interior projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in project execution, cost control, and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all phases of interior fit out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met and quality standards are maintained.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
Implement cost control measures to optimize project expenses and maximize profitability.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.




Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
Foster robust relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in the interior fit out or commercial interior sector.
