The ideal candidate will have a robust background in architecture and interior design, with hands-on experience in site supervision. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Manage civil carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting work, ensuring all tasks are completed to specification.




Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings and design changes.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
