We are seeking an energetic Relationship Manager to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business partners, franchisees, and end customers within the financial services sector, specifically focusing on investment and wealth products. Your primary objective will be to drive product adoption, oversee seamless partner onboarding, and build long-term relationships across various financial product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Customer Management: You will onboard and manage franchisees, distributors, business partners, and retail clients, ensuring a smooth and effective relationship.
Operations & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth documentation, partner activation, and timely payouts, ensuring operational efficiency.
Product Promotion: Actively promote financial and investment products to expand our business footprint and increase product penetration in the market.
Relationship Building: Maintain continuous engagement with partners and customers,



addressing queries and collecting feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance metrics and identify growth opportunities within the local market to drive business success.

Candidate Requirements:
Education: A graduate degree in finance or a business-related field is preferred.
Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to 8 years of experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services sector, including areas such as insurance, mutual funds, investments, or broking.
Language & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential for this role.
Skills: A solid grasp of basic financial products, solid customer-handling capabilities, and a drive to excel in a quick-paced workplace are crucial for success in this position.
