Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation /(PLC/VFD/HMI/) failures during emergency breakdown service calls. Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance visits, system calibrations, software updates, and inspections to ensure long/-term machine reliability.
Provide comprehensive technical training and operational briefings to client plant operators, maintenance crews, and engineers on protected machine usage and upkeep. Investigate equipment performance issues, lead root/-cause analysis /(5/-Why, Fishbone/), and implement permanent technical corrective actions.




Manage field service reporting, record machine service logs, process warranty claims, and coordinate spare parts replacement with internal plant supply teams. Maintain positive client relationships, identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or service contracts, and provide technical feedback to the internal R&D; and manufacturing engineering teams.
Required Skills/: Robust technical background in electromechanical systems, industrial machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control panels. Hands/-on proficiency in PLC troubleshooting /(Siemens, Allen/-Bradley, Omron/), electrical schematics interpretation, and multimeter/diagnostic tool usage.

Excellent problem/-solving, analytical, and communication skills to handle high/-pressure customer breakdowns professionally. High adaptability and willingness for regular domestic or international travel for on/-site client visits.
