We are seeking a skilled Java Microservices Developer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, particularly with microservices architecture, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with various databases, including MongoDB.
Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and ensure code quality through code reviews and best practices.
Utilize version control systems like Git and GitHub for source code management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner,
ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Java and experience with microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, J2EE, and Core Java.
Experience with MongoDB and other database technologies.
Familiarity with Hibernate and Spring JDBC.
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit and build tools like Maven.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub.
Understanding of message queuing systems (MQ) is a plus.
