The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly with CNC and VMC machines, and experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Current Product Development (NPD). Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NPI and NPD initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC and VMC machine operations.

Maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and product specifications.
