We are seeking an energetic Relationship Manager to join our team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business partners, franchisees, and end customers, driving product adoption, overseeing seamless partner onboarding, and building long-term relationships across investment and financial product lines.

Key Responsibilities include:
Partner & Customer Management: Onboard and manage franchisees, distributors, business partners, and retail clients to ensure a smooth operational flow.
Operations & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate documentation, partner activation, and timely payouts.
Product Promotion: Actively promote financial and investment products to expand our business footprint and increase product penetration in the market.
Relationship Building: Maintain continuous engagement with partners and customers, addressing queries and collecting feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Performance Tracking:



Monitor partner performance metrics and identify growth prospects within the local market to drive business success.

Candidate Requirements:
Education: A graduate degree in finance or a business-related field is preferred.
Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to 8 years of experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services sector, including areas such as insurance, mutual funds, investments, or broking.
Language & Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.
Skills: A solid grasp of basic financial products, strong customer-handling capabilities, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced workplace are crucial for success in this role.
