Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough regulatory reporting and compliance reporting to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for compliance audits and assessments.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the organization.
Prepare and present compliance reports to management and stakeholders.
Support KYC (Know Your Customer)
initiatives and ensure that all compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
