The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing proposals and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs). As a Proposal Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts by developing high-quality proposals that meet client needs and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposal creation.
Manage the proposal team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of quality and compliance.
Analyze RFPs and RFQs to determine requirements and develop strategies for successful responses.
Maintain a repository of proposal templates and best practices to streamline future submissions.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Proposal Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of proposal development processes.

Robust organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Experience in sales support and team management is highly desirable.
