Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.




Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in English and any other relevant languages.
Experience in international voice processes or BPO environments is preferred.
Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
