Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing reservations and coordinating with the reservation team to optimize occupancy rates.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions,
and travel arrangements to enhance the guest experience.
Participate in training and development programs to improve personal and skilled skills.
Required Skills:

Experience in hotel operations or customer service roles, particularly in guest relations or reservations.
Familiarity with CRM systems and reservation software is a plus.
