We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our

Finance team. This role involves managing the day-to-day accounting activities receipts and

revenue operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting

principles, along with working knowledge of journals, ledgers, bank reconciliations, Excel,

and Tally, Oracle Netsuite.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records.

Record journal entries, update ledgers, cross check and verify the ledgers in Tally.

Manage and follow up on accounts receivable (customer receipts).

Perform bank reconciliations and assist in tracking daily bank transactions.

Perform TDS Receivables reconciliation.

Support the finance team in data entry, report generation, and basic financial

analysis using Excel.

Coordinate with internal teams for payment approvals and supporting documents.





Ensure timely updating of Tally with correct account codes and narration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, BBA, etc.).

0–1 years of relevant experience (internships or training in accounting will be a plus).

Basic knowledge of accounting concepts like journal, ledger, and reconciliation.

Familiarity with Tally ERP and MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, sorting,

etc.).

Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Valuable organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Internship experience in accounting or finance.

Knowledge and hand on working on Oracle Net suite.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
