The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on direct sales and business development within the BFSI sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue recent sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the banking, insurance, and NBFC sectors.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Present and demonstrate products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
