The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing travel and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) operations, particularly within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or Pharmaceutical sectors. This role is crucial for ensuring that our travel and event management processes are productive, cost-effective, and aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Plan, organize, and execute MICE events, including conferences, meetings, and incentive programs, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their travel and event needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts with vendors, hotels, and service providers to secure the best rates and services.
Monitor and analyze travel and event budgets,
