The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rigging, particularly within the telecom sector, and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of microwave and other telecommunications equipment. As a Senior Rigger, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects by providing expertise in rigging techniques and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute rigging operations for telecommunications installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and develop rigging plans accordingly.
Perform inspections of rigging equipment and ensure all tools and materials are in good working condition.
Train and mentor junior riggers and other team members on best practices and safety measures.
Troubleshoot and resolve any rigging-related issues that may arise during installations.
Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and report on project progress to management.
