We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our agile team in Tamil Nadu or Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the apparel merchandising process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating with production teams, managing fabric follow-ups, and assisting in the overall garment production process.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of garments.
Monitor and follow up on fabric orders to ensure quality and availability.
Assist in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
Maintain accurate records of production schedules and inventory levels.




Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
Support the senior merchandising team in various tasks as needed.

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of apparel merchandising and garment production processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in fabric follow-up and knowledge of knitwear is a plus.
