We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to join our agile team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating Scrum processes. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams through the Agile framework, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. You will work closely with stakeholders and the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance their understanding and execution of Scrum.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.




Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and quality of deliverables.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
