Key Responsibilities:
- Perform air ticketing duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer requests.
- Assist cabin crew in pre-flight checks and boarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for passengers.
- Maintain clear communication with passengers regarding flight information and service updates.

The role is office-based, and no additional specific tools or equipment will be provided by the company.
