Anand Estates is looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
Explain project details including plot size, pricing, location, and payment plans Qualify leads based on budget and interest
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team Follow up with clients via call and WhatsApp
Update lead status regularly in CRM
Eligibility & Requirements:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Language: Fluent Hindi & Basic English
Freshers are welcome - Complete training will be providedExperience in real estate telecalling will be an added advantage
Good communication skills and positive attitude
Salary & Perks:₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Fresher: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000
Experience (6 Months+): ₹18,000 - ₹25,000
