A. Client acquisition and business development

- Identify and approach prospective clients through calls, references, meetings, campaigns, and networking.

- Explain the perks of opening a demat and trading account.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.

- Achieve monthly targets for account openings, activation, revenue, and client retention.

- Promote eligible products and services such as equity delivery, intraday trading, derivatives, mutual funds, and other permitted investment products, subject to the company's registrations and authorisations.

B. Client relationship management

- Maintain regular contact with clients and understand their service requirements.

- Help clients with account opening, KYC documentation, platform access, and basic operational queries.

- Provide updates about company services, market developments, and product features using approved information.

- Coordinate with the dealing desk, research team, operations, compliance, and customer support.





- Handle client complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues through the prescribed process.

C. Revenue generation and retention

- Build a sustainable client base with consistent service and transparent communication.

- Monitor client activation, trading activity, assets under service, and retention.

- Identify opportunities to offer suitable additional services within the company's authorised scope.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
