Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Oversee the housekeeping team, providing guidance and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently.

- Training and Development: Train new housekeeping staff on procedures, policies, and secure cleaning practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary to ensure the team has what they need to work effectively.

- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for the housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.

Required Skills and Expectations:
