Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for expanding businesses across global markets?

We are looking for an experienced General Manager - International Sales to initiate & lead our international business, strengthen global partnerships, and drive sustainable export growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute international sales and market expansion strategies.

Identify and appoint distributors, importers, and channel partners across international markets.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring recent business and strengthening existing customer relationships.

Lead commercial negotiations and finalize international business agreements.

Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Build, mentor,



and lead a high-performing international sales team.

Preferred Profile

MBA or equivalent qualification.

10-15+ years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, or Global Business Development, preferably in FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Consumer Goods industry will be an advantage.

Strong exposure to distributor management, market development, and international trade.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
