Job Title: B2C Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented B2C Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, generating interest, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

• Follow company calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.





• Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Experience

• 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer service, or sales preferred.

• Freshers with positive communication and a positive attitude are welcome.
