As a Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with various day-to-day tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately process customer orders and generate retail bills using Tally. You will be working closely with the Accountant Manager to ensure smooth transactions at the sales counter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Order Management: Understand customer orders clearly and assist in processing them with precision.

- Billing: Create retail bills and challans using Tally and advanced Tally software, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

- Customer Interaction: Hand over billing documents to customers with professionalism, addressing any questions they may have.

- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Accountant Manager and other team members to maintain an efficient workflow at the counter.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce () is mandatory for this role.

- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in retail or sales environments, is required.

- Proficiency in Tally software is essential,



particularly in generating bills and managing financial records.

- Strong communication skills are important for effective interaction with customers and team members.

- You should possess basic IT skills, including familiarity with office equipment and software.

- The position is full-time and requires you to work from the office located in Old Panvel.
