The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the order to cash process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, invoicing, and collections. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimizing cash flow for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order to cash process, including order entry, invoicing, and collections.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Analyze and resolve any discrepancies in orders, invoices, or payments.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
Utilize Oracle systems to track orders, generate reports, and analyze data related to the order to cash process.




Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders and payments.
