The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing messaging and collaboration platforms, particularly in settings utilizing Exchange Onpremise, Hybrid setups, and Google Workspace. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization, leveraging various suites of products to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Exchange Onpremise and Hybrid environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Implement and support Google Workspace solutions, facilitating effective collaboration among teams.
Utilize Intune for device management and security, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various messaging and collaboration tools, enhancing user experience.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on messaging and collaboration tools,



ensuring they are utilized effectively.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to messaging and collaboration platforms.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in messaging and collaboration to recommend improvements.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Exchange Onpremise and Hybrid configurations.
Experience with Google Workspace and its suite of products.
Proficiency in Intune for device management.
