We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Collection Manager to oversee our collections operations across multiple states including Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in collections, particularly in the vehicle finance sector, and will be responsible for managing a team of collection agents to ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the collections team to achieve targets and improve collection efficiency.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies for auto loans and commercial vehicle loans.
Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in the collections process.
Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate payment arrangements as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve their skills and knowledge in collections.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in collections management, particularly in the vehicle finance industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with NPA (Non-Performing Assets) management and recovery strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using collection software and tools.
Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel as required.
