We are seeking a motivated and agile Telecaller to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing information about our products and services, and assisting with inquiries. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a qualified manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve our offerings.
Assist in administrative tasks as needed,



including data entry and managing customer databases.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
