As a Senior GCP Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure, while also assisting clients with their technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert support for GCP infrastructure services, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions that meet client requirements.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest GCP features and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.




Assist in training and mentoring junior support engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services.
Experience with infrastructure services, including networking, storage, and compute resources.
