We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a robust understanding of ticketing processes, including international ticketing, fare calculation, and PNR creation. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning their travel itineraries, providing expert advice on destinations, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Utilize GDS systems such as Amadeus and Galileo for ticket issuance and fare calculations.
Create and manage PNRs to ensure accurate and efficient booking processes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their travel experience.
Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends,
and destination information to offer informed recommendations.
Handle ticketing inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of international ticketing and travel industry practices.
Proficiency in GDS systems, particularly Amadeus and Galileo.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks effectively.
