We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts across multiple regions including Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh. This role is pivotal in shaping our talent strategy and ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent to meet our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and human resources, with a solid focus on talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various regions.
Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and develop plans to meet those needs effectively.
Utilize data-driven approaches to assess recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners,



including recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to enhance talent sourcing.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
