You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and integration of applications. Your expertise in Genesys Cloud CX and IVR systems will be crucial in enhancing our customer experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Manage APIs and integrations to ensure smooth communication between various systems.
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment and infrastructure.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our DevOps practices.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in automation and DevOps methodologies.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks.
Familiarity with Genesys Cloud CX and IVR systems.
