The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing collections processes, particularly in a voice process setting. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of collection agents, ensuring that they meet performance targets while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of collection agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in collections.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of team members in US collections and voice processes.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any issues that may arise during collections.




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in collections to ensure compliance.
Prepare and present reports on team performance and collections outcomes to senior management.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in US collections, with a strong understanding of the voice process.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
