Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
Ensure timely closures and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills:
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
