This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and deployment of our applications, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support for various platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and server configurations.
Collaborate with development teams to implement current features and enhancements.
Monitor application performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.




Assist in the deployment of applications and updates across different environments.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in application support, particularly with IIS, .NET, and SQL.
