The ideal candidate will have a solid background in database administration, particularly with Oracle technologies, and will be responsible for leading a team of database administrators to ensure the performance, integrity, and security of our databases.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Oracle DBAs, providing guidance and support in database management tasks.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions using RMAN and Data Guard to safeguard data integrity.
Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with application development teams to optimize database queries and improve application performance.




Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices to enhance database management processes.

Required Skills:
Extensive experience as an Oracle DBA, with a strong understanding of Oracle database architecture and administration.
Proficiency in Data Guard, RMAN, ASM, and MySQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
